There are three security Podcasts that consistently make it onto my phone. It is a great way to stay current in the world of information security news, trends and tools while doing other stuff that does not involve sitting in front of your computer.
Quality information, not much waffle and entertaining.
Risky.biz – Well produced, in depth news analysis and some good local content from Australia and New Zealand.
Paul dot Com – They have been doing it for years, but it is still fresh. Good technical and entertainment value.
Eurotrash Security Podcast – Excellent European perspective, good information.
Others that will get a look at it if I have the time.
